Grace | President

The founder and driving force behind Grace Group International. Her experience growing up in the construction business, in which she was DOING construction work with foreman, architects, engineers, union and non-union staff has given her a foundation of understanding of the “grounds-up” requirements of property development. Grace has a business degree and realtor license. She is an international real estate consultant with contacts in the Caribbean, in Europe, Canada, and the United States. Grace has a reputation of honesty, integrity, and cutting through the clutter of a project. Her hands on approach sees her happily rolling-up her sleeves and jumping in.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Grace is a licensed Real Estate professional and a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Greater Miami Board of Realtors and the Florida National Notary Committee.  Her charitable efforts include work with the “Make-A-Wish” Foundation, the “I Have a Dream” Foundation, and heading several clothing drives to help underprivileged children in the Dominican Republic.

Scott | SVP/Creative Director

The creative soul of Grace Group. Scott continually brings a deeper understanding of our clients’ brands and is able to define the characteristics that need to be better highlighted (and he’s adept and crafting a message that will do so). Scott can disassemble your brand’s identity, marketing efforts, and media deliveries to see where improvements and better targeting can occur—often helping to eliminate valueless marketing—and reassemble it into a powerful and coherent message. Scott is intuitive and has an eye for excellence, which is his lowest threshold for acceptable work.

Scott is skilled in both traditional and digital creative development and marketing, having worked on everything from social media campaigns to packaging, website development to brochures and other collateral, mobile apps to video direction and production, and so much more. Scott’s never flustered by the size or scope of a project and always brings high energy to the concepting, creative development, marketing, and analytics related to every project.
